Very pleasant and well-equipped room. Dr Menon-Johansson put me at ease and did not make me feel rushed despite the busyness of the clinic. I had complete confidence in his level of knowledge and expertise. The only criticism I have is that there could be more members of staff doing long-acting contraception, to shorten waiting times. Over all, a very positive experience.

Anatole was one of the best doctors I've seen for a while. He is extremely well suited to the specialty and demographic which he serves. Trust and rapport were quickly created through conversation on a shared interest, which allowed me to feel comfortable and confident sharing my concerns no matter how trivial that may have seemed. He helped me to identify choices and spent time allaying any fears I had. His clinical skills were excellent and delivered at a pace which suited me, I felt in control throughout the insertion of my new merina coil and felt happy, confident and well-educated. His aftercare has been great too, ensuring lines of communication and trust remained open which is very important to me. I was extremely happy with the care I received. Thank you.

I had my IUD fitted by Dr Anatole Menon-Johansson at the new Burrell Street Clinic. I was very apprehensive and nervous (I had a bad experience years ago) however Dr Anatole took great care and time in explaining every step of the procedure as well as reassuring me. The whole procedure was done quickly and professionally and lasted less than what I was expecting with very little discomfort. I will definitively recommend this doctor and this clinic in the future.

I was seen by Dr Menon - Johansson a month ago as I needed advice on the most efficient contraceptive method that was available. He asked me many questions relating my health history, current family situation and also inquired about any aspects which may play a role in my choosing the right method. I was thoroughly satisfied with the consultation as well as the surgery which was required for the contraceptive implant to be fitted. When I felt a little unwell and nervous, Dr Menon - Johansson brought me water and kept talking to me in order for me calm down. In addition, the entire staff at the Burrell Clinic are very friendly, professional and helpful. The clinic is beautifully decorated, very bright and inviting. Its location is also very central and easily accessible. In my view, it has been a fabulous project and initiative by Dr Menon - Johansson and it is already greatly contributing to the improvement of sexual health care in Central London.

Dr Menon-Johansson was very friendly and his attitude helped me to relax. This was important as I had come in for a treatment which I had not had before and was anxious. He was professional throughout the appointment and explained why he was asking questions to check on my medical history. He volunteered information about how to look after my arm to ensure it healed properly. I was particulary impressed when he provided his email address in case I had further questions. This gave me further assurance that I would be able to get any queries relating to my appointment, if any arise,answered quickly.
